Return Policy

Returns can be made up to 5 days after receiving product. Not all items are eligible for returns, these items include, custom order items, and items that were on sale. Returned product must be in the condition received, including all tags being attached and no damages to the product. Returns can be processed for store credit. If you purchased an item using a discount, you can only get the discounted price refunded to you in a credit. Return shipment will be paid by the customer for all pieces. A return label can be emailed to you but this amount will be deducted from your store credit value. Please be sure all items being returned are included in the package. Rowdy K Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Upon receipt, all items will go through inspection by one of our team members to ensure that the piece is in the original condition in which it was sold and it includes all tags (especially any "non-removable" tags) before we will issue a refund. Damaged items cannot be returned for full refund (if damage was obviously inflicted by customer). Items purchased under a payment program cannot be returned for a full refund. Please contact us for assistance with your return. Failure to return an item in the same condition may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%. When purchasing an item from us, you agree to these polices. We ask that when returning packages containing jewelry or fragile items that they are placed back into their protective box/bag or bubble wrapping so that you may receive your opportunity of full store credit value. Failure to protect the item being returned may result in damage and loss of return eligibility. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
