How fast are orders processed?
Most orders are processed within the week they are ordered. This applies to in stock items, items labeled “Pre-Order” have a turn around time of around 2 weeks, unless another date has been stated in the description. There are a few occasions that products are on location at a shoot and will have to be returned before they can be shipped out. This is the only occasion that orders can be fully refunded, please fill out the contact form found on the contact us page for information regarding your order.
How are your pieces sourced?
All pieces that are labeled under “Authentic Native American Jewelry” are made by Native Artists either sourced directly from the artist or through our dealers. Some pieces are vintage, if this is the case it will be labeled on the product. Everything on our site has been handpicked by our founder.
What do I do if I haven’t received my order and I’ve gotten a shipping email?
You are welcome to fill out our contact form, but we are not responsible for orders once they have entered the shipping system. You will need to make a claim with the shipping system (We primarily use USPS).
I bought something from you and it broke, what should I do?
You are more than welcome to fill out the contact form or send us a message if you need assistance with getting a piece repaired. We are more than willing to help facilitate a repair on your behalf with our many makers. It is often at the best cost & quality to have it repaired by the original maker or one of our repairmen.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE SEND A PHOTO OF THE ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS. WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEM FOR THE CUSTOMER OR ISSUE A CREDIT/REFUND IF THE ITEM IS NO LONGER IN STOCK. **for specifically labeled items**
